Description
This training is designed to provide awareness in promoting a non-discriminatory workplace for team members who are male, female, lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender. Gender sensitivity means respect for an individual regardless of one’s gender.

Purpose: Create awareness among teammates about the importance of gender sensitivity and avoiding sexual harassment in the workplace.
