VBP is going Google.

We want to focus on simplifying the tools and resources that we all use to get our work done. These changes will make our working efforts simpler and smarter across our teams. Meaning we will be better equipped to engage more effectively and efficiently as one team and provide our clients with even greater service.

As we transition to Google Workspace, one of the things we anticipate is the use of new tools and platforms. Since we have been accustomed to Microsoft Office, some may be anxious of the change to Google Workspace apps.

Fortunately, with Google Workspace, our collaborative tools are as easy to use, with a similar look and feel plus more helpful features. As you may have observed, specific Microsoft apps have their equivalent in the Workspace:

• Outlook Mail = Gmail
• Outlook Calendar = Calendar
• Word = Docs
• Excel = Sheets
• PowerPoint = Slides

Many of us have been using a mix of these tools in our daily tasks. So here are video tutorials of these tools.
